I'm not surprised, it's kinda like Kure-nai, after the first volume Murasaki takes a back seat from the main plot.

She still appears, but she's not exactly involved heavily anymore.

Kamijou forces? Okay he did take out a few noticible characters but I wouldn't consider him a one man army. If he can cancel out magic why don't the stupid magicians just shoot him with a pistol or something (oh wait!) XD

Best scene here has to be Mikoto and the hot dog. Though he character suddenly changed since the last time we saw her. I swear she never used to blush like that.
