to No1: I believe Itachi also re-researched the scrolls in his village too. there's really no other way to explain it.
to No:4: funny that, my problem was also using Izanami causes you user to lose an
eye, so wouldn't Itachi's eyes come back since he's Edo Itachi? that makes no sense to me why his eyes haven't grown back yet?
or maybe while the Dojustu/Kinjustu is active the eye reminds closed. thats the only way it will stay closed in theory.... because Danzou's Izanagi only closed on Danzo's arm accompanied by the end of the Jutsu.
