To go up to 6 digits a community must clear a Game proposed by the Floor master;
To go up to 5 digits a community needs to have other 3 communities of 6 digits under it and be able to host a Gift Game where other 100 communities can participate under its flag.

In other words:
6 digits – Ability to participate as a player;
5 digits – Ability to host Games.
