1. Technicly, you lose the geass you got if you take the code from the person who gave it to you. If Lulu took Charles' code, he might have ended up with a code AND a geass. Code Geass R2/R.R.
2. Nunnally was never really blind, just geassed into thinking she was, and therefore never tried to see. And the paralisys was not because of the geass, but because of her wounds. She DID get shot in the legs, just didn't go blind from them
