Sacred Heart is an intelligent Device, from what I saw. Just a new one that needs time to grow. It can use Belkan magic though. Or at least help Vivio use Belkan magic.

Diabolic Emission is a spatial attack. From the way everyone reacts, I don't think it's a typical magic attack in the series. It's probably one of the few lethal moves around.
