I don't see any wincest in this episode personally. They may have used some stock cliche scenes and situations to suggest the idea, but there's nothing in the characters that could even point to such feelings. The closest would be at the store when Kirino explained why she wanted him to buy it, but that also happens between relative and friends, to a lesser extent.
