That's possible, I'm also thinking of a possible betrayal in that if Kagura succeeded in kidnapping her, Stockholm Syndrome + Destiny may lead to her agreeing to Kagura's group philosophy and (perhaps unwittingly, it depends) help them out and makes her 'evil'. That would also mean that Amata is stuck at Neo-Deava with Zessica, making it a perfect opportunity for her to get more spotlight and for her feelings to grow.
