Shin's blood was awesome in that chapter because he'd already absorbed the eggplant pill. I think it was mentioned earlier as well that there were other pills like it. I wouldn't be surprised if Shun and Shiho have some of the others in their posession. If they don't, they're likely going to try getting them.
