Not it doesn't. Only a dinky red circle pre-painted, no decals at all.

Ah, ya you need the first 4 kits for 1 Grapple-chan, Yui, Hibiki, Yuuya and Tarisa(Shiranui 2).
The F-15 comes with Soldier class though, 3 of them i think.
