In the last episode, Kouga had a Saori flashback when he was talking about the people taken from him.
Which means he didn't forget her, he's just still shaken about Aria's death a couple of hours ago, which is understandable. Getting over this will probably be the key to pass through Harbinger somehow.
Btw, i think Kiki didn't mention her because he's probably not aware that Mars is using Saori in his scheme. Officially, Mars made it look like she doesn't exist anymore after all.
