You don't think that they've had sex yet? With Senjougahara comfortably calling them "lovers", and with Araragi's lack of protestation over the term, I had thought that they had "did it" at least once, if not more times. Of course, I'm not a novel reader - the novel might spell out if they've had sex at this point in the anime or not. Still, I might be reading too much into the term "lover" - it's just that I tend to think "regularly having sex and in a serious committed romance" when I read that.
