The SAR should be 40:33, not 32:27. It doesn't matter how much you cropped, because SAR does not specify the aspect ratio, it specifies the factor to be stretched by.
EDIT: I just want to be sure that you understand you're aiming to have the
content of the picture displayed in its correct proportion (not deformed), not the picture itself. It doesn't matter if the picture isn't displayed exactly at 16/9. In fact, it won't, because you cropped at the top and bottom of the picture. But again, it doesn't matter.
