Darker stories does not always equal rape though.
While it's true in majority of games though like Saya no Uta (the topic creator should really avoid this game), Joker, Euphoria and many others
Seeing that people don't have anything else to recommend >_>.
Osananajimi wa Daitouryou is a more lighthearted story than Hoshimemo or Shari no Kuni with also a tsundere character. But i don't think that it's meant for everyone because how silly the settings, premise and story is.
Or you could always go for the classic Da capo I and II for your tsunderes.
