I don't think she minded being grabbed by him nearly as much - the blush and the smile when she said that he had 'passed'. I think she was a lil mad that he thought she did all of that just to train him when she wanted an actual date-like outing with him - the training thing was just her 'excuse' to spend time with him.
If he didn't say that their ENTIRE day/date was solely for training him to figuring out the youki sense, I don't think she would have kicked him, but y'know, Tsukune is dense like that. Thick plot armor is a two-edged thing.
