waiting for the translation...well I can only understand chinese, and some of the japanese have chinese characters, so from those characters, it seems like

Eba says something she has to go back to tokyo in half a year, but Haruto states that half a year is half a year!!

So they are now hooked up...and they have half a year to spend with each other

once again, my spoiler is probably wrong...waiting for the translation before deciding to celebrate XD
