Side note - Not really. Higher level doctors are rare, so you can make anoot of money. On the other hand, DON'T spread your stats. Focus only on two main weapons for now. Don't spread it between Machine gun, Rifle, pistol, and melée etc etc. Choose which two you want unless you want to end up getting creamed by behemoths later.
