Yeah the 1st game wasn't long at all. I think the longest route might have been either Kirino or Kuroneko. So about 5-6 hours I think? Ayase's route you can beat from the Start of the Game to the end in about 4 hours or so.
First game you had to deal with the Common Route, and then the Heroine. In the 2nd you're basically answering Questions that'll determine which Heroine's path you'll be on. So yeah, it'll probably be shorter to complete.
