Well, I think we need to wait and see, it would be still a little bit contradictory if Naruto can learn regardless, because even if in some moments Naruto has been in a frenzy, in one point he should had noticed something different when his clone disappeared. Its already 3 years since Using that justu, he cant be that lost
And we Need to take in account what Kakashi meant about when he said when the Jutsu is
released the Experience goes back to the original.
