Honestly, I was sure until now that I have read your post. It's that I was watching other part of the pics and not the eyes ^^
By the way, the illustrations are by
Naru Nanao, whom is the author of the original character design for sola. Everything of that drawing matches Matsuri except the eyes (the ribbon might be a variation of the outifit). If she isn't Matsuri, I think would be safe to assume that it's a faithful representation of her at the very least. Or not?
