Slightly off topic but funny enough that I have the share the story...
I'm not sure if he was the one who introduced her to it or not, but the little sister of a guy I know on another forum ended up watching some subtitled Cardcaptor Sakura recently. She happened to pick up on some of the honouriffics and decided she had to try them out on her older brother.
The way he describes it, his initial reaction was to get a chill down his spine.
Then he threw a pillow at her.
