Something was bothering me after I made that summary, so I went back to look at the chapter and indeed I made a mistake. The girl wasn't looking for Haruto's sis. She was looking for "Yuzuki nee-chan" (meaning Eba). I just assumed it was his sis when I saw the word "nee-chan". Sorry, my bad.
