I was looking for something and stumbled upon....

防護服 = Barrier Jacket, while this is 戦闘防護服. I'm gunna assume it's to show how much more aggressive/FIGHTFIGHTFIGHT these guys are? It's kind of weird trying to make sense of it in English, but I'm not familiar at all with armours and stuff.
