So I wonder what Natsuki saw in Akane's holding chamber that made her eyes widen like that. I can't imagine Akane is deformed or anything, but maybe Natsuki saw her in a straight-jacket with clear self-inflected wounds. Poor Akane-chan. She deserves better.

That's most likely what it was, though it's kinda hard to see wrist wounds under a straight-jacket... unless they opened up of course.
