Apparently they are! According to Wikipedia (lol unreliable, but whatever), in semi-recent times they produced Demon King Daimao in 2010, Tytania in 2008/09, Hakushaku to Yōsei in 2008 and Hitman Reborn from 2006 to 2010. Never heard of any of them except for Hitman Reborn.
I do remember Artland producing epics like Legend of the Galatic Heroes, Mushishi and my personal favourite shojo of all time, Bokura ga Ita. They also completely butchered the second season of another top favourite of mine Gunslinger girl
(First season was by Madhouse).
So uh. Good to see them back?
