Well, there is a possibility that Lucky Star will get another anime season, but not in the near future. I think KyoAni is still waiting for a few more manga volumes to come out.
Plus, keep in mind that the studio will be focusing on Nichijou next year, and there's also Haruhi around, with enough material for a new anime season.
