Only ones I know of are the ones I got on my ele which are from the
Winged set.
Should be able to pick up some cheap blue ones off TP for transmuting.
Or if your high enough in tailoring, 4th tier I think you can craft some but obviously that's gonna cost alot more if your not at that level yet.
