There were few fights in general, especially for the Masters. Their numbers aren't a good way to measure screen time, which Kiritsugu had plenty of. Sounds like you just wanted more action period.

No, it's just that Kiritsugu seems
out of focus. I mean, for example, Kiritsugu and Kirei's conflict of ideologies didn't get as much emphasis as other stuff. Maybe it's more clear in the novel that Kiritsugu is the main character, I dunno.
