Like relentless flame said you have to play some of the other routes first. Lucky for me I saved Miharu for much later by going through the others first (I definitely did Nemu and Sakura before trying Miharu). Once that's done, on 2/24...

you'll run into Miharu at Sakura Lane trying to save a cat. You'll have a choice of helping her out or ignoring her. Ignore her to be able to go to her route. Help her, and you'll go straight to Yoriko's route instead (as in you'll skip everything from 2/25 to 4/7 and continue right at 4/8).

Oh by the way, got another surprise after playing around a while without summarizing. This time from Sakura...

On 2/26 at lunchtime, go to the cafeteria. When given a choice, pick the lower one, then Sakura will react a certain way, then when she disappears from the screen she'll yell something...
