You couldnt be more right on this -- this is A MUST WATCH.

And as usual, it is beautifully done.... left me wonder if the series will ever gonna falter, since every episode I've watched so far, maybe except a couple so-sos, is amazing.

And to act as a flashback, a lot of fading out and abrupt editing have been added to this episode, serving to remind the audience this episode is somewhat different from the others. Also you can see the linkage between the last one (which is an intrigue interrogation of a mushi's life and the accompanying responsibilities) and this flashback, and it seems to work perfectly smooth. Amazing.
