really fast help in resolving the error messages I was recieving in trying to access the forums
Apparently the second problem is fairly widespread with VBulletin boards in general,
As seen in this link from VBulletin's own community boards
The thread in the link I've posted is pretty old though...not sure if it is the same issue; however, that was the exact same message I receive in the first post, so it seems likely to be related
