No. It's another Negima production. A real,
TV anime season for Negima.
And yes, there's official confirmation posted at
MOONPHASE.
Both
Shaft and
Gainax will be teaming up for producing animation, and Akiyuki Shinbou, from both Paniponi and Tsukuyomi fame, will be the director.
Then, the previous Negima anime is labeled
Kuro-rekishi and should never be mentioned again.
