i usually stay away from this kind of series, but i'm hooked, and episode 6 recapitulates the attraction to the narrative. on the vonnegut chart, the story's zig-zagging in not-entirely-unexpected-but-still-enjoyable ways. i really empathize with nobuse and aiko for very different reasons, and it'll be interesting to see how that tangent develops in 7+.
