There have been minor cuts while going at about 2 chapters an episode, so it would seem unavoidable that more significant cuts will be made in order to fit the story into the alloted number of episodes. I'd assume that they will be made from less important characters, a la Dr. Becker.

I'm also of the opinion that Lunge's isolation in the BKA is too important to the story to be removed. Off the top of my head, I'd say the unlicensed doctor girl is likely to be cut.
