well i did use XVM but not the one with "Chance of winning" and player spec.
Mainly for cleaner UI and countdown for base capture

I dont Know but his total EXP is 700K so at max he probably only reach T7 or 8
then again I haven't calculate how much you need to get Tier X from Tier 1
