I don't know if this has been discussed before, but I found an interesting thing (for me anyway). Both in the novel and anime version of endless eight, after Koizumi said he will say "I love you" to Haruhi to try solve the time loop, we weren't told / couldn't see what Kyon expression was. What was his expression? Was it shock, or jealousy? Was the the expression the reason Koizumi said he was joking? Or was he joking from the start? Anyway, what do you guys think?
