Yes apparently volume 13 is the end of the main story, the author has confirmed on his own twitter account. But he made sure to emphasis that he will continue to write some side stories for the series.

As for spoilers this is what I've got - can't confirm accuracy since I'm waiting for my copy to be delivered with some other orders I've placed which should arrive next week:

Apparently there's no embarrassing loli moments this volume, it's straight basketball from start to end.
As expected with the "final form Suzuritani" of Chibi-ribbon, Rena and Aya they caught up and over-took Keishin, Maho got injured in the third quarter and Subaru took turns subbing in Mimi, Kagetsu and Masami (Tsubahi got benched for the rest of the match apparently) into the match to keep the score close. By 4th quarter Maho was fit to play again so it was the 6th graders line up against Suzuritani. Saki landed a buzzer-beater to level the score (making up for her mistake in the original Suzuritani match, quite a nice touch here) which force the match to extra time. In the end though Keishin lost to Suzuritani by 1 point. Novel then has a time skip to Tomoka's graduation and it wraps up there.
