Why do you think Kouta repressed his memories again? Is it because he misses Lucy again or something? Did you miss out on that one scene where he confronts her for killing his family and says he'll forgive her? Then they kiss?
The fact is kouta didn't repress his memories again, just accepted what happened in the past and moved on..
