Since I consider his transformations more or less him in a controlled ghoul state and not really a vampire i kept that weakness with him. And not true about Gin, don't forget he is an S-ranked class monster. If there was a full moon for one, im sure he'd have no problem, also my opinion of Gin is he hides a lot more of his power that he tends to show.

Tsukune can't be a ghoul because by definition a ghoul is an evil spirit that reanimated a corpse. The term ghoul is just used for his blood lust behavior.
