Maybe... I certainly feel that if Flay survived, it would complicate matters for any relationship with Lacus, but it doesn't necessarily increase Flay's chances of renewing a relationship with Kira. I do feel that if they do reconcile, a renewed relationship would be a lot healthier than their previous tryst.
