There's more Kallen x C.C. pics than there are C.C. x Lelouch pics as well. It isn't fair to compare them, people just loved their little love hate relationship and boobs. There are also a lot of Suzaku x Lelouch pics as well that surpasses any of the Lelouch x women pics.
It's where you look really that depends how skewered that ratio is though.
