As we see Tsukune can take it. He's been battered, neck snaped, scared, crushed, beaten up and nosebleed lol
and he's still alive. He's a resilient guy, with scars. I think possible with his small size and speed as seen in his ghoul mode I think he can win against Alucard alone on my part, plus the fact he's trained.
