Spoiler for episode 4:
This episode focused mainly on Karada and Hiro as many of you have probably understood. It was quite calm and peaceful but with a more dramatic turn at the end, much like the previous episodes.
I couldn't help it, I got that "magical" incest feeling...

You're not the only one.
Spoiler for thoughts on this episode:
I was getting a bit of "that" sort of vibe as well, thankfully, it has developed into what most of us on this forum has feared... yet. Pretty optimistic, looks like it won't be going down that route afterall.
Forbidden love: Drops 15 points.
Another reason I was worried was how Shouko was resigned/playing the martyr, doing her best to reconcile the siblings while distancing herself from the both of them. I doubt she thinks Hiro has those sort of feelings for his not-blood-related (lord what a grating phrase) sister, Karada certainly does not, but it seems clear at this point, that unless something/someone else helps out, she's given up on reconciling with Hiro.
Canon adult love: Drops 15 points.
I wasn't into Amino-Acid kun much before, but I fairly melted when I saw him with Karada's photo.
Canon kiddy love: Rises 10 points.
As far as character endearment goes: Things are working out swell for Karada and Hiro, Hiro's appearance continues to disquiet me as the type I'd like my children to stay away from, Shouko displays maturity, resolve, and selflessness in her actions, Karada is still Karada. Its becoming apparent that Shouko's initial impression as a rather cold sort of person is misleading; the care and affection she gives Karada proves otherwise. Or perhaps it is Karada that is bringing back the warm person that she once was until Hiro vanished. That sort of thing might make people a little jaded.
I was awfully scared that, with the way this episode went, they'd slap a "Oowari" kanji at the end of this episode. In which case there would have been weeping and gnashing of teeth.
