Sure she noticed...She already noticed that house was messy...Her seventh sense has worked already quite well as we saw in ep 3.
Although Yorito and Matsuri did abundant job with covering tracks and background story was not filling even minimum weight. At least Matsuri should had food in upstairs for longer hiding
