Do you think this might be a problem for the series?

Problems? What problems?
Of course there will be troubles when LNs are adapted into visual form.
I think someone at 2ch said the movie is going to be more original content. And IIRC, Sasamoto-sensei said he's looking forward to Mouretsu Pirates movie and one other different movie next year (based on his twitter post last month). Last week akiman twitted that Director Tomino would be happy if he shows him the drawing of Misa, and it made Sasamoto-sensei rejoiced.
Everyone is happy it seems.
And to keep this thread relevant

Summary.
Rock reported to Captain Suzuka that there was a contact from Black Swan saying the preparations for battle were completed and the enemies had prepare themselves on the ecliptic plane.
Suzuka, who inherited the ship from her father who fell ill from an injury of unknown cause acknowledged the report.
The ally ships were waiting for her signal to initiate the battle. Suzuka realized that she hold the fate of the planets in her hand, and ordered it to begin.
Rock said that the Volunteer Army (Giyuu Gun) hadn't arrive and place themselves at their designated positions.
Suzuka replied that even they were called Volunteer Army, their ships were just freighters, Personal-use Cruisers,
and Civilian ships that were not equipped with Electronic Warfare devices and fire powers. She looked back at the display, and none of the ships belonged to the Independence Forces (the one the pirates were fighting for)
Suzuka added that the enemies were not registered as regular Force, but their movements showed that the ones moving the ships were people from the army.
The communication officer asked his captain what was her plan to win the final battle. The captain replied that all this while, the pirates had been fighting using one ship to do what a fleet could do. From searching to engaging, shooting to clean-ups, one ship would do it all.
Suzuka added that if the Pirates don't lose track on their objective, they won't lose to enemy who was assembled mishmashly.
Rock replied that since from past, winning a battle was calculated digitally, and as long as one had the most fire power at the right place and the right time, victory is assured. If one could win a battle just from past achievements and beliefs, the world would be a peaceful place.
Suzuka said there was another factor that could lead them to a win: Time.
If the Pirates took the first step to begin the battle, they could leave it to the Volunteer Army for the clean ups and to save them when they arrive later.
And thus White Swan opened its sails, and moved at full output using inertia navigation when the the rays from Garnet A bathed the sails.
The War for Independence ended three days later.
Edit: No manga chapter this month, and the tankoubon for vol 1 is delayed to December 7th.

I'll continue with the summary later because Text, Text and Tax, Tax everywhere
. And in case people don't know this, Sasamoto-sensei was a dropout from Tokyo Keizai (Economy) University before he became an author.
