As the school festival begans, Shiro, Neko and Kuro dress up as characters from a Chinese tale to start a play. However, as Shiro discovers Tatara's body in his room, he begins to question himself whether he killed him under his psychopath side or not. Meanwhile, Kukuri, his classmate, shares some conversation with him, Neko and Kuro. At the end of this episode, Misaki and Rikio, two members from Homra, have to fight against Scepter 4, but one of them has a connection to Saruhiko. The plot progression was stagnant, but some things get better, as we learned some stuff from Shiro and Kuro, and I found the Kukuri's parts to be funny, even though I was somewhat confused by the nighttime moments. I still like the suspense they've been getting so far, and the next episode will launch another Homra VS Scepter 4 fight !

i think u misinterpreted the scene

shiro found him cloths(or tatara cloths) washed in blood he allegedly used in that night when murdered(or serious enjured) tatara, not him body(only if the body was on pieces)

I'm still not sure about shiro sexualilty if he is hetero, homo or bi when near kuro sometimes he give a gay vibe but neko make he hetero side appear too(and much more on this episode) but i really enjoy this series and neko she is really funny and hot and mine theories about what happen:

instead of the "other side theory" i get who some1 forged the muder scene againts him using:
1 - chamaleon powers ak power to change appear to any1
2 - double ; a evil twin/ cousin or just other guy who really looks like him
3 - some1 with the some illusionary powers like neko to mask himself like shiro
4 - a master in disguise who used to look like him

the possible reasons:
1 - make the red guys get busing because the true evil behind evething have some nast plan (like control the world or just japan), but for him scheme successed he need make the homra get busy because maybe they are the stone in him foot(or the guys who can stop the scheme and he can't just kill then all alone or start a war where he plans can be revealed) and he wanted change homra attention to anotherthing and maybe the culprit really found shiro can really be a king(collorless) and can be too a problem and with this movie he can kill him and place the homra busy while doing him scheme

2 - shiro really the collorless king but his powers stil asleep and like the first reason the culprit need shiro die but can't do it for himself and knowing how homra acts tried to using then for this

3 - the culprit know about the neko and maybe she can be even more powerfull(like a god/ookai/demon/"special") and him want get her for himself but, she maybe have sometype of rule about have only "one master/owner per time", and now her owner is shiro and the only way he can get her is killing him first and again maybe shiro can really be a king just acting like a normal guy(if u see how calm he was when assalted by yata and kuro on first and second episode, and how he easy avoid most of the attacks and have the flash bombs on bag), looks like he is hidden something, and again that "evil guy" dont want show himself or he scheme for now and is using the homra to do the scheme

4 - again most of what i speculated he wanted start a war againts blue and red knowing how they are close to each other, and used this murder to make then fight against each other wanting they end killing each other

now about who can be the culprit:
1 - silver king
2 - the other blue guy who look like the king(dont remember he name now)
3 - golden king
4 - tatara

was only me who see the girl dancing with the silver king(who have some serious stalkers problem with shiro) can be a doll or be dead?? because how her head was too much down like she "not live"
