There is a distinct shortage of male characters to pair the females off with.
Touma [Who has the harem curse.], Style [Index obsessed], Tsukomikado [has a live-in maid stepsister to obsess over], Pierce [Idiot first class and likes them more moe] and Accelerator.
Do we think Saten's susceptible enough to bad boy chic to fall for Accelerator or Style? I could see Uiharu crushing on Style.
Otherwise there's the boy she and Uiharu were with in the Index prologue. [assuming that wasn't Touma.
