Well in some cases yeah, though in this case I believe the evil sibling is the Kid King. It is a similar situation in history, Queen Cleopatra. She was the evil sibling, she killed off her own sister and her husband also brother to take the throne. I hope we get the back story on the throne in the manga, who knows it can be a sister or brother? Really want a sister, would change the pace a bit.
