Oh god, Rammus is back with a vengeance. Screw ganking at 3:50+ @lvl 4, get extra damage at blue and save smite for red. Result? Gank at ~3:00 when you're lvl 3 and they're lvl 2. Sure you have to start machete, but more and more I see people forgoing boots and starting flask for sustain, so it isn't that bad. Plus you're Rammus with powerball... XD
