Wapanese. Or Weaboos.
Yet, there's a difference with whites who have adopted Japanese culture through means other than anime -- by oh -- living there. Those who have experienced the culture first hand... they're pretty much in the same shoes as I - an Asian - who emigrated out of an Asian country and became American.
However, there are those... "pretenders". We know who they are. We know how they act like. To them, everything is so freakin' "kawaii".
