"Huge" win as in important win, not the margin of victory. Especially consider that Kirino lose to Yurippe 2 years in a row....
Does that make Kirino part of the top crop? No. (Especially since a certain cat beat Yurippe with a much bigger margin). Also has to consider the fact that Yurippe is no zako...

Her strength is what it is all along...Chitanda merely shows that she's stronger, that's all. Yui lose to Chitanda by about the same amount as Nyaruko anyway (while Yui-Nyaruko is a <50 votes affair...). If anything, it's more that you think she's stronger than she is while in reality, she's not.
Not to mention, we all know record means nothing right now with some girls getting very easy matchup (Cough...Asuna...just look at her SDO...) while girl like Nyaruko has to face Chitanda, Mashiro, and to lesser extent, Yui already.
